문자 발송 동의를 받는 방법, 보내는 문자, 그리고 수신을 중단하는 방법입니다.

우리의 약속
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages through our SMS service provider.
수신 동의 방식
모든 동의는 iOS 및 Android용 AffirmPax 앱 안에서 받습니다. 웹사이트, 키워드, 서면을 통한 동의 경로는 없습니다. 동의는 미리 선택되어 있지 않고, 다른 약관과 묶이지 않으며, 항상 전화번호를 입력하는 시점에 표시됩니다.
앱의 동의 문구와 예시 메시지는 실제로 표시되는 그대로 영어로 표기했습니다.
경로 1 — 전화번호 인증
가입 과정에서 사용자가 본인의 휴대폰 번호를 입력합니다. Continue 버튼 아래에는 다음 문구가 표시됩니다:

Continue를 누른 후에만 인증번호가 한 번 발송됩니다. “Privacy Policy”와 “Terms of Service”는 위에 안내된 페이지로 연결되는 링크입니다.
경로 2 — 지정된 비상 연락처
인증된 사용자는 비상 연락처 한 명을 지정할 수 있으며, 그 사람의 허락을 받았음을 앱에서 확인합니다. Add contact 버튼 위에는 다음 문구가 표시됩니다:

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 이후 AffirmPax는 해당 연락처에 누가 추가했는지와 수신 거부 방법을 알리는 문자를 한 번 발송합니다. STOP으로 답장하면 이후 어떤 문자도 받지 않습니다.
발송하는 문자

발송 빈도는 상황에 따라 다르며 매우 낮습니다. 대부분의 사용자는 문자를 한 번만 받습니다. 문자 및 데이터 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다. 마케팅이나 홍보 문자는 절대 발송하지 않습니다.
수신 거부 방법
어떤 문자든 STOP으로 답장하면 모든 문자 발송이 중단되고, HELP로 답장하면 도움을 받을 수 있습니다. STOP으로 답장하면 안전 알림도 함께 중단되므로, 긴급 상황에서 AffirmPax가 해당 번호로 연락할 수 없게 됩니다. 다시 수신하려면 START로 답장하세요.
